What are Uncollected Goods?

Where goods left for assessment, repair or other treatment in the course of business with Bay I.T, have not been collected within 60 days, or are not paid for, Bay I.T will make every effort to contact you. We will then follow the procedures set down by the Uncollected Goods Act. Click here for more information from Consumer Affairs Victoria. 

Disposal Procedures and Notification

Customers with uncollected goods remaining will be contacted verbally and or via written notice for up to 60 days  before disposal. If goods are not collected and are not in working order, the items will be recycled at the end of 60 days. 

 

Customer Notice

Items not paid for within 30 days after notice of completion will incur a $15 monthly storage fee additional to the original worked billed. This fee is to cover storage space of your uncollected items.

Customers that have not paid for their items being assessed within 90 days , will be receiving friendly correspondence from our Debt Collection Agency. 

*If, at any stage, you are unable to collect goods within 3-7 days of notice for genuine reasons, please contact Bay I.T on 03 52555 626  and we will be happy to discuss your options.
